Physical and psychological reactions such as sleep disturbances, heart palpitations, headaches, and difficulty concentrating are common and understandable responses under high levels of stress.

Please remind yourself that these reactions do not mean you are not strong enough; rather, they reflect the natural efforts of your mind and body to cope with a sudden and overwhelming impact. Students are encouraged to maintain a regular daily routine, reduce repeated exposure to related news, and share their feelings with trusted family members, friends, or classmates so that they do not have to face these challenges alone.

If the above discomforts persist and begin to affect your daily life, academic performance, or interpersonal relationships, or if you simply wish to talk to someone, the Student Counseling Center warmly welcomes you to seek support at any time. In a safe, respectful, and confidential environment, we will accompany you in processing your emotions and assist you in regaining stability and inner strength.

Please remember that seeking help is not a sign of weakness. It is an important step in caring for yourself and prioritizing your mental health. The Student Counseling Center and the University will continue to care for the physical and psychological well-being of every student, standing with you and walking alongside you through this journey.
