How are you doing now after graduation? Your alma mater cares about you very much and hopes to know your current situation and suggestions.

From July to September 2014, junior students, the Career Development and Employment Services Division of the Student Affairs Office, and departments and institutes will assist graduates in conducting a survey on where they will go after one, three, and five years of graduation. Starting from July 15, 2014, students can   fill out the questionnaire at the Taipei Medical University questionnaire system https://reurl.cc/Vzg5EQ .

¢ Target: Graduates of the 2011, 2010, and 2018 academic years

Online answer prize】School-wide, regardless of the target, everyone who completes the online questionnaire will win a prize:
 Those who complete the questionnaire from July to September 2014 will receive a 100 yuan convenience store electronic voucher, and can also participate in the lucky draw for limited departments and institutes.
Limited department and institute lucky draw】Limited departments and institutes, those who complete the online questionnaire can participate in the lucky draw:

Based on the records of the Taipei Medical University questionnaire survey system, the list of winners will be announced on the website of the Student Affairs Office's Career Development and Employment Services Division in December 2014, and a redemption SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number provided by the respondent.

 

The Office has implemented personal data protection and management measures and complies with the relevant laws and regulations of the Personal Data Protection Act. Telephone interviewers have signed confidentiality agreements to protect the rights of the parties involved in the personal data. The collection of this data is limited to assisting public departments in investigations, executing business, legal requirements and school data research. Without the consent of the parties involved, it will never be used for other purposes, and no personal information will be published. Your opinions are very important. Please be patient and help fill in the answers. The results of the graduate flow survey will provide reference for the alma mater's school operation and school development improvement, departmental degree program curriculum planning and higher education talent training related policy research.
